Butter Up!

European Style Butter
Plugra is a butter made in the US by Keller's Creamery.
It has a higher butterfat content than most butters made in the US. That gives it a richer flavor and lower water content. It is great for pastries. It has 82 percent butterfat and 15 percent water.
It is a favorite of chefs everywhere.

The name Plugra comes from the French , plus gras ( more fat)

Chefs love the flavor. It has an amazing aroma when warm.

I started using it last year after I could not find my usual brand at the supermarket.

I have not used anything else since. It is great on a slice of bread, on anything. Just delicious.

Available at most supermarkets ( Whole Foods, Kroger, Publix here in GA). Online at amazon.com or igourmet.com

Enjoy!
